September Book Haul

Hey readers of Tea Cups and Literature,

Today I’m doing my September bookhaul (and I know, I’m very late…)

September was a really good book-buying-month for me, I bought a total of 6 books!

I won’t tell you a lot about the books because some of them are the 2nd book in a series and I don’t want to spoil you guys!

Lets get on with the bookhaul now 😉

The first book I bought was A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Maas.

This is the sequel to A Court of Thorns and Roses which I loved a lot! I won’t tell you guys the plot because of spoilers 😉

The next book I got was Crown of Midnight which is also by Sarah J Maas.

Look at this cover!

This is the sequel to Throne of Glass which I also loved but I enjoyed A Court of Thorns and Roses a lot more!

The 3rd book I got was The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson.

This cover is so pretty and arghh… I just love it. I’ve read 1 Morgan Matson book before and that was Since you’ve been Gone and that book was A M A Z I N G. I don’t really know what this one is about but I’ll probably enjoy it as much as the other Morgan Matson books.

The 4th book I got was Hollow City by Ransom Riggs.

This is the sequel to Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. The first book was really good and I really want to know what happens next! Oh and if you didn’t know, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children is out in cinema’s NOW!

The 5th book I got was Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard: The Hammer of Thor by Rick Riordan.

This is the sequel to The Sword of Summer and I was luckily enough to get a SIGNED COPY! YAY! This cover is so pretty and I’m so happy that it’s signed! Can’t wait to read this!

And the final book I got was Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard WHICH IS ALSO SIGNED!!

This is the sequel to Red Queen. I haven’t read Red Queen yet but I will soon. I have heard really mixed reviews about Red Queen but I’ve also heard that Glass Sword is amazing so I’m really excited to read them both!

Those were all of the books I bought in September! I hoped you guys liked this article and I will see you in the next post!

Lots of love,

Tom ❤

  1. I read Red Queen and Glass Sword last month, and they surprised me. In the beginning, I was sure they were going to be too similar to lunar chronicles, but After the first couple chapters, I was sucked in and read both books in a weekend. Worth a read, I didn’t buy them, because I probably won’t re-read them, but they were worth borrowing.
